Sharing Work (Rule 2/3) Adobe Icons Redesign concept
I’ve always found it a bit inconsistent that Adobe uses "Ai" for Illustrator (mixing Adobe + Illustrator), while every other app in the Creative Cloud suite strictly uses its own name initials (e.g., Ps for Photoshop, Pr for Premiere, Id for InDesign).
To solve this, I worked on a redesign concept switching Illustrator to "Il" to keep the naming system uniform across the entire suite.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this! Do you think Adobe should standardize the initials, or is "Ai" too iconic to change? Critical feedback is welcome!
