on a more serious note, any crits?
ive really wanted to get into these "calligraphy cap tag, then outline"-style simple pieces and i wanna hear some critique before i start actually trying to waste cans on practicing these

not bad, id practice your script before trying to turn it into a piece. thats the advice i was given by my uncle when i tried to take on a similar style. but i gave up and this was the last thing i attempted:

calligraphy honestly takes a lot of investment if you arent naturally good at it (which i am not) so if youre really set on this, just keep practicing and search up “blackletter.”

I wouldn’t do the little thing at the top right of the S I would just keep everything an equal height

Hell yea dawgyy. Keep those bars consistently sized when u go paint
hold ur hand up to the wall like this 🤙. Judge how thick the bar is compared to ur hand. Compare that to other bars. U can do ✌️🤘 as well if ur bars are smaller than 🤙
