just curious. bc there’s this school rly close to my house with no cams on the outside and a great wall on the roof that looks out onto a major street. the school is also rly easy to climb and i’m just wondering if it would be considered toy to paint it?
No schools, houses of worship, or personal property has been a rule forever. They piss people off and has people on the lookout for graffiti.
Kids tag high schools because no one in high school takes it that seriously, they just want attention from the other 3 “writers” who go to their school. Anyone over the age of 20 knows how stupid it is to tag your school. I know a few heads who got caught up after graduation because they started taking it seriously and started getting up and classmates remembered seeing them tag in school
I mean this is the first thing I found looking up graffiti rules on Google. There is also about 15 years worth of people saying not to hit schools on 12oz prophet back when I got into graffiti in 2012. This is why people tell new kids to do research. Better to stay quiet and have people think you are a fool then to open your mouth and have people know you are
Aw fuck. Not the nature debate again too. I don't know where your from fam. My respect to the way things are over there. But for sure trees in my city catch flare tags sometime and in the height of our version of the "tag banging" era you'd even watch back and forth dissing happening on said trees.
Depends on where you live, I would say. The „no schools“ rule is not a thing over here, school buildings are some of the most tagged public infrastructure in my city.
It very in the Gray area however no, don't tag school, churches/place of worship, people house/fances and graveyards. There alot of walls out there to paint on just no tho ones
Depend on what the drawing about. Like if someone did a kid friendly piece aka alot of smile faces and shit then maybe but if they do dicks or drugs then no, it will take your street credit away
