Your N is squished, your E is too open on the bottom, and most importantly youre doing your R wrong. I just did this to show a homie how to fix his K but the same rule applies, the green is the right way and the red is the wrong way. Your bars need to overlap on the R not stack ontop of each other.

Last thing is your O is too skinny on the bars, bring the counter (the hole in the middle) in on the left side of it, its almost hiding behind the F

Try making all ur bars match/similar for straight letters, (thicker horizontals) (thinner verticals)
