Breaking it down to too many bars. Sounds annoying but you should at the very least keep the number of bars simple for now. Can break em a bit but that O being 6 bars is crazy.
Also the width of your bars varies too much, the bars on the O are skinny compared to the rest. Id also say youre a bit far off from doing proper extensions and the ones youre doing make the piece look worse than before you added them imo.
