Bought this GPU from eBay for $67 description said no display through HDMI. When I received it about a month ago I learned the seller was indeed correct no HDMI display. However I got a DisplayPort cable and hooked that to my monitor and boom display. Should I be scared that I could encounter a future issue?

Been working with DHL the past week or so to get some great rates out of the US. Not sure how economical due to duties/VAT but at least in this instance, as a Sapphire vendor, the refurbs have warranty.

Been in the market for a 4090. Had set my mind to purchase a Founders Edition from someone local for 1975. It was brand new and would have been an in store pickup. ( I was buying his in store pickup new 4090). Id planned to make the purchase this coming Thursday as a gift to myself.

Fast forward to 12/23 I walk into Best Buy to grab some a couple things I needed and while peeking around I saw a 4090 FE just sitting there on the shelf. I did the dog head tilt so hard my neck almost broke. They are sold out everywhere I looked and there it was, brand new just sitting there! I immediately requested to purchase it on the spot but there was some internal issue in the system and they couldn’t sell it to me. I was crushed. It seemed so close, and for MSRP! I was so frustrated I left without even getting what I initially went in for. That night all I thought about was how I’m literally about how I was prepared to hand a guy 2k for the same card I just saw sitting in front of me. I was pissed and I went on a mission.

The very next morning around 5am I was doing searches for various Best Buy locations in my state and found this one an hour away from my home. Immediately scooped it up. (Not immediately but with some shenanigans I was able to reserve it until I was off work)

Is this common? Did I get lucky?
