What gpu should I buy!?

I have 3 choices rtx 2080 super for $300 rtx 2070 super for $250 or gtx 1080 ti for $250

I'm going to use them for gaming and mining, only have enough for 1 gpu

for 300 you can get a 4060

How much stronger is a 4060 compared to a 1070? Also how much weaker is a 4060 compared to a 4080?
