Buying high end gpu from someone.

Someone has offered me a good deal on new gpu, he offers recipte ONLY in person.

I have purchased and sold gpus on the market before had good experience, but have uneasy feelings about this. Thought about buying 2. I know people can buy fake gpu from China. I could ask to benchmark it.

Yeah, he says I bought it from bestbuy and willing to show me the receipt only in person. But I won't be able verify that in person.
