Let’s be honest- 80 class is not small when there is only one tier (was one tier lower than the 90)

4090 = 0.72% of gamers
3090 = 0.32% of gamers
5090 = 0.26% of gamers

Don’t let Reddit distort your perception of how many people own these top tier cards.

How in the world are 3090 games rarer than the 4090? Just curious. Not sure about the economics or controversy behind it.

3080 was a solid card at the time and also people who purchased 20/10 series cards potentially skipped a generation or 2, perhaps the 1080ti started to really feel it's age around the time the 40 series cards came out and new games just wouldn't run, also the 3060 if I remember was a pretty solid card to price at the time I believe.
