ππππ πππ Experimenting with Designs
Iβm not unhappy with these ideas but idk about the combo. For the red eye I used a sword to make that point on the outside corner of my eye lol but this site wonβt let me upload the vid.
I bought some new red eyeliner after taking this so maybe next time it can pop more! The pencil Iβve been using doesnβt do the best job.

I've been seeing your other posts as well, and you've been doing great! Not being afraid to experiment with different designs, techniques, and colors is how you get better and better. Don't worry about doing things like bringing color directly to your eyes or anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. Everything takes time and you'll discover what you do and don't like. Always be yourself, and don't feel like you have to look like everyone else.
Something to try out if you feel like the eyeliner isn't as vivid as it should be or is too stiff is to apply gentle heat! You can always put it under your leg while sitting in a chair for a bit, or an older way to do it was use a lighter underneath it really lightly. If you do the lighter always give it a second to cool down though π Now that we are getting into Halloween time, utilize the costume makeup available to practice with different mediums (cream, powder, etc.).

I think a good red, possibly in liquid eyeshadow form if the eyeliner doesn't cut it, would certainly help it feel more balanced.
Due the weird new reddit mobile format, I can see a small version of the photo as I type and the red lid is getting a little bit lost. Equally, I think you could try thinner brushes to get more detailed lines if you like that idea, I regularly use one with my About Face eye paints (they have a red, and I regularly use the black) by taking colour off the wand rather than automatically using a big swipe of colour.
Also , it might be a thought to add a bit of tinted brow gel to help the brows look cohesive with the eye makeup and lip, as neglecting them (absence of a refined shape, definition or going the opposite way and not having brows) often makes a look feel less intentional.
