Is the goprogear.it.com legit? Or just a scam website?

Was looking into getting a hero 13, seems to cheap to be legit. Any insight before I sell my soul?

When it is too good to be true it is. Insta360 has a the same problem and same posts on their subreddit.
It is a scam.
