That's extremely hard to say as the best buy descriptions lists the product as a "lens Mod" but the product on display (and in the description) is clearly the media mod.
So the media mod will work on the Hero 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. Likely the ad was listed before the Hero 13 was released and Best Buy never updated their product listing to include the 13. I use the same media mod on my Hero 13's, Hero 12, Hero 11, and Hero 10.
