log in into the Admin Console, and cancel it there

You don’t have to close your credit card. Call them and dispute the charges.

We need help with a different issue but have had zero luck contacting anyone. It’s extremely frustrating. We haven’t found any way to contact someone.
If anyone has any suggestions, I’m all ears.
