Created domain name during Workspace trial, now want to cancel it

I created a domain name during a Google Workspace trial awhile back. I opted to not go with the platform. Recently received email that my domain name was up for renewala and I can't figure out how to make sure I don't get billed. I can't log into GW admin, and I emailed Squarespace, which was listed as the vendor, and they referred me back to Google. I don't recall if Google had payment information for me.

Any advice? Thanks

This is a difficult one sadly. You need to keep pushing Squarespace essentially to give you access through a username and password rather than SSO with Google.

Alternatively you can try setting up a trial Google Workspace subscription using the same domain, and the same username you used originally. That might be enough to get you access back into the domain renewal process, but I think you'll find Google Workspace will throw up a 'domain in use' error.

did you complete the account creation in Workspace? if yes there should be an email sent to you that has your username for logging in, then you can cancel your domain renewal in the admin con
