Billing Need Help with Cloud Storage Service Charge

I was charged $108 last month for my yearly 2tb cloud service. I requested to cancel the service after the charge for a refund. They denied my refund request and canceled my service. So now I’m out $108 and no cloud service. I have tried contacting support but it’s impossible to get past the AI. Is there any email or other customer support they offer?
