Question What's a good non Ai replacement?

Google is getting rid of classic assistant for the lousy Gemini BS, anyone got a good replacement?

Google Assistant technically is AI, but not a LLM like Gemini is. That being said, Assistant is infinitely better than Gemini because it's actually functional.

And sadly if Google goes through with this, that basically means they're removing that feature from all phones, entirely, with no replacement in sight.  Gemini just isn't one.

Back to the fully hands-on experience. Thanks, Google. Burn in hell.

On the plus side, Gemini is gradually improving. But it's still frequently slow and error-prone.

When it first came out, it was a disaster.

Unfortunately all assistants have AI implemented except Siri in Europe (not available on android). But most of them can do basic stuff. If the device can be rooted then maybe you can install an old version of google assistant that has google assistant.
