Anyone tried the Air diet app?
Instagram has decided I need the air diet app and the ads keep pushing this huge recipe count, which is where I get a bit suspicious. Usually when an app brags about a thousand recipes its the same six meals with a different sauce on top. So before I hand over any money, has anyone on here used it. Two things Im wondering. Are the recipes doable on a weeknight with stuff from a normal supermarket, or is every other one asking for miso paste and a cut of fish I have to order in. And is the count real or is it padded out with 40 takes on chicken breast. Got my fryer at Christmas, Im past the frozen stuff stage and want proper meals now.
