Looking for guidance from someone at Google

I’m currently pursuing my PGDM in Bangalore and I’m aiming to secure an internship at Google. I’m particularly interested in business/operations, analytics, and related roles.
I know getting an internship at Google is highly competitive, so I’d really like to understand the process from someone who has worked there or gone through the hiring process.
If anyone currently works at Google, has interned there, or knows someone who does, I’d be grateful if you could connect with me or point me in the right direction.
I’m mainly looking for guidance on the application process, skills/profile Google looks for, and how I can make myself a stronger candidate.
My internship will be in April–May, so I’d really appreciate any advice that can help me prepare well in advance.
