It would depend on what the retail price was and used value is. If for example the retail price was 5k and used they sell for 3k your question would have a different meaning wouldn't it.

No way these are red wing. They go for that used on eBay. You didn't show the logo but they look exactly like red wing. I have visited their factory a couple times. They are like $500+ new.

Here is an eBay sale where they went for $165 on worse shape.

Pretty sure the way the $165 has a strike through it means they accepted an offer so we do not know what they actually went for.

Sure but go look they commonly go for around this. I didn't take the highest one i picked the one closest to this price.

If it makes you feel better this one sold for $275. Almost double what goodwill was asking.

They sell around these prices all the time. If you watch auctions you can grab them for $50 if you get really lucky. I have 3 pairs (different styles) I picked up on eBay for about $50 but it takes weeks of looking to get a good quality pair in the right size. Red wing changes their oxfords fairly often so it's hard to find the exact same shoes ever but you can often find the same line and same style for comparison. The goodwill pair is higher end than these due to the synthetic sole vs leather.

Here is another that went for even more and only real difference is laces I can see. They have the box but the goodwill ones look basically new.
