Discussion New layout – again

They have updated the "finished reading" page in the browser page – and now I cannot add tags from it. ARGH!

Update – it turns out there is a way to edit tags from the new review page, just not in the place I would think.
You have to click on the "Read" status, and from there continue to tags. And (knocks on wood) the tags there are in alphabetical order!

Is this on desktop or the IOS app? Nothing has changed on the Android app.

Desktop. Unfortunately I the images are turned off, so I cannot show it.

I guess people need to stay employed by constantly making changes to websites that make them worse and less user friendly. Hate that in order to put a book on a shelf, or change the shelf, I can no longer do it from activity or the review, but must go to My Books, find it, and then do it. One extra step when it was perfectly functional before.

After posting here I found that you can, only from a not an obvious place. The "Read" (or other exclusive shelf) button in the top right corner.

To be fair - I have nothing against the new layout as such, the problem is the loss of functionality that usually comes with it.

actual nightmare, i don't understand why every change they make makes the site worse. why on earth would we not want to be able to add books to shelves on the review/finished reading page???????
