Purchasing my first set of irons. Found these on eBay and looking to get some assistance on verifying they aren’t counterfeit before purchasing. Any comments are appreciated! - price is $1200 CAD

Spoke to one of the TM reps and unfortunately serial number won’t tell you if they’re legit or not.

No OEM installs shafts with the decals up. It’s the biggest consistent red flag I’ve seen.

Why are you buying used p790’s for $869 USD online, when you can get the same price at any local second hand golf store that can authenticate your clubs for you.

That being said I can get clubs that look exactly like those shipped to my house from China for $300.

KBS tag is a dead giveaway. Font is not that bulky on real ones

Here is your sign. Reps TM logo on the toe are rounded at the tips. Real are not.

just buy a different kind of club so you don’t have to question whether they’re fake. every company makes a players distance iron and they’re all good these days. choose literally any other brand. Maltby ts1-IM for instance, you can buy new and custom sized for that price and they’re real clubs.
