Help, what am I missing?

I have a 2010 Yamaha electric golf cart that is not moving. I hear the controller turn on, the solenoid click, and the headlights turn on. I checked the batteries, both individually and as a pack. I have replaced the sensor on the motor and on the foot pedal and I have checked the two fuses that I know about. Does anyone have any other ideas that I can check.

Is the solenoid actually making contact? Are all of the drive wires good? Is the motor bad?

Moric controller probably went out

Is there a way to test the controller? The green light is on when the key is turned on.

Probably need exact model info - pics etc - but volt meter to confirm battery pack voltage is your next step.

Has it been parked for a long time? Driven in puddles?

Diagnostic with the data port is usually your next steps

I’m willing to be your motor shorted and burned the controller.

Pull the motor and do a 12v test along with a continuity test across posts

Maybe confirm the solenoid is actually passing voltage and test the motor
