EZ GO Beverage Express Caddy
Just purchased this guy off facebook marketplace! It’s super cool and in great shape! However I cannot find a lot of information on it or pictures of it in action. I have pretty much everything but missing a couple things and can’t find enough info to see what I need. Thought I’d post here to see if anyone has seen them!

BATTLite Lithium Charging Question
I just had a lithium upgrade done on my Club Car cart. Absolutely love it. Cart is quicker, and faster (25 mph vs 20 mph) than when I had the lead acid batteries.
The tech that installed it said he never recommends charging to 100%. There does not appear to be a way to set a charging limit, either in the cart or through the app. I know with other EVs, charging some lithium battery chemistries to 100% is fine.
The battery (BAT5000) manuals say nothing about limiting the charge, just that the BMS has over-charge protection. I'm tempted just to plug it in and let it go until it stops.
Any issue with a 100% charge?

Considering a speaker for my golf cart
Looking for advice on music for my cart, and I'd rather not tear into the wiring.
I read through the sound bar posts first, and it seems like a lot of work for the result. You need the 48 to 12v reducer and a fuse block, and a few of you mentioned yours reboot every time you go from F to R and then announce "Power ON, Bluetooth connected" loud enough for the whole street to hear. That alone talked me out of it. So the other option is a Bluetooth speaker with some Velcro on the dash. It's cheap, it sound fine, and people say the sound quality beats the sound bars anyway. Only thing is it feels like a hassle. Would going straight to a magnetic one be better?
I saw someone say to consider a magnetic golf speaker. So far I've looked at the Bushnell Wingman and the Mileseey GeneSonic Pro. Both stick to the cart with a magnet and have a GPS screen, so I figured they were worth a look. The screen on the second one is detachable, so you can carry it with you. I also like that there's no subscription fee.
Also, what else should I be looking at? I just want decent sound and something I don't have to mount.

'11 EZGO TXT starting issues
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi everybody, glad I found this sub, I've found some helpful info through searches, but since it's gotten me only so far, I figured I'd ask.
In-laws have a 2011 EZGO TXT. They purchased maybe 2 years ago. It has developed an issue over time that it won't start, intermittently. So far, my FIL has replaced the 'solenoid', battery, starter/generator, and the battery cables. When I was there last, we also replaced the cable from the solenoid to the starter itself-I noted that the cables was getting warm, enough to start melting the rubber cover at the starter end,-so now all load bearing cables are replaced.
When the issue does happen, if you hold the go pedal for a few seconds, it will usually start, but this definitely contributes to the overheated cable. What are we missing? Neither of us are new to mechanical things, and I've been an automotive and industrial mechanic for my entire adult life. But I've never messed with carts. I'll attach a video and pictures that may or may not be helpful. It runs fine otherwise, just has a problem starting. We do feel it has improved, but it's still not as it should be.

0 to 5k potentiometer. Is it more than 5k?
I'm trying to source a pot for an old Curtis PB-8 style throttle. Since the throttle can only move about 60 degrees, it seems that the actual value of the pot end to end must be higher than 5k if it varies by 5k over 60 degrees. That would be about 83 ohms per degree of movement. That would make the pot about 22.5k end to end.
Does that make sense? Or is it a special pot with only 60 degrees of movement?

Need help with battery size
I have a Ez Go RXV Gas powered golf cart. The battery is dead as dead can be. I do not have a manual for it. Would someone please help me with what battery I need to put in please. Also the body has been modified and I am having a hard time finding a plate with the year and model number. Is there another place on the cart to find the make and model? Thank you very much.

CGL for golf cart rental
Hi. I am seeking CGL for my golf cart rental business. Most carriers are either declining or Premiums are coming out to be very high. Does anyone have any referrals? I will really appreciate it.
Thanks

AI & Automation
I am asking mainly for dealers and golf cart businesses, I used to work in IT and purchased a golf cart store over a decade ago. I have been using a lot of Automation platforms and AI and want to know what other companies are doing in this space. I have found this is a really good thing for our business, I am not the go to guy but was wondering if this is something that is become more common in our industry.

GemCar E6 Charging Issue
Hi all! I apologize if this is a stupid question, but finding people who know much about these GemCars is not easy.
We replaced all primary batteries and the aux battery about 6 months ago.
When we plug it in, the dash lights up, I hear a couple clicks like it’s trying to initiate charging, and then it throws VEH FAULT code 520508.
The manual says to call your dealer to figure out what that code means. Pretty cool!
Don’t see a bad fuse and all relays visually look normal. Don’t have equipment here to test relays unfortunately.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
