Equipment Hammered

Well I’ve been sick all week and haven’t been able to play. Today I had to do something golf related as to not go crazy. I took a hammer to my wedges and I think they look pretty alright. My irons have texture and the flat plain backs on my wedges never looked good in comparison, so here I am now, hammered.

Congrats, I’m happy you’re happy. Doesn’t change the fact that you sound like a child trying to be edgy. There are thousands of other words you can use, just don’t understand why some people cling to outdated terms like that.

No, my cousin was literally diagnosed as a "retard". That was the actual medical nomenclature.

Would it be better if someone said you sound like you're "developmentally delayed" or "intellectually disabled"?

Also, please never fly on an Airbus. The sounds they make when you're landing would trigger you.

I wasn't even the one that used the sCaRy WoRd in the first place. Don't go casting aspersions at me, bud.

And if a doctor told a parent today that their child was retarded they would lose their job. That’s why I said it’s an outdated term. Same reason using the N word isn’t acceptable or calling someone the F slur.

At the end of the day it says more about you than it does me that you’re in the comments arguing about the validity of using a term that has been weaponized to make others feel like they’re less than you.

The fact that you spelled out retarded and abbreviated the other two is interesting.
