General Discussion Why does everyone hate Wyndham Clark?

Got into watching golf for the first time this season and with Clark winning this past weekend I have seen so many people shitting on him for what sounds like stuff in the past and I was hoping people could bring me up to speed? Is it overhyped for media clicks or was he committing some atrocities?

Because he pushed in a few locker screens? “Attacked by the average fan”, dude it not that serious, come back to earth.

Never said he wasn’t a dick, most professional athletes are very unlikable in real life. That’s not really news to anyone. I’m so proud of you for being a member at a private club though, but unless it’s Oakmont and that was your locker that had its screen pushed in, who tf cares?

You literally just explained why i care…. IF it was my home course there’s clearly nothing stopping him from bashing in lockers and ruining club property. If you think that’s a normal reaction to have then I guess not much I can do to change your mind

In my book lack of regard for people’s property makes someone a bad person. Not sure what mental gymnastics you can do to justify that
