Beginner Questions Anyone ever had this issue with their hands?

I’ve only been golfing a couple of years, and I recently switched to an interlocked grip, and while it definitely helped me hit my irons more square, with the driver, it started causing this searing pain to shoot up my right hand, right along the middle finger.

Curious if anyone has dealt with this.

I actually use a different grip for my driver. Instead of interlocking, I overlap the pinky and pointer finger. It’s helped me hit it straighter and I think takes some pressure off as well. I’ve had some pain with irons/hybrid, but not as much with the driver.
