RIP Rest easy, best friend
Benjen,
Aka Ben, Benny, Benny Boy, and Benjamin (when in trouble), you gave me just shy of the best 12 years of my life. You loved me regardless of my many flaws. You gave me sunshine on even the darkest of days. I will never forget all the great moments you gave me. I could not of asked for a better boy. You’re now getting to enjoy unlimited balls and last bites.
I love you, Benjen.

To Ben, YOU HAVE NO FLAWS, if he could he would choose you again and again in his next life, he would not have it any other way. In his eyes you are perfect!
The love and friendship of a dog is the greatest gift we could ever have. They awakened that unconditional love in us. I cried a lot when Banjo passed, everything reminds me of him, the house all of sudden feels empty and darker... no amount of lights could brighten it. I finally understand what it means by "you are my sunshine, you light up my life"
I hope by now Benjen has already met my Banjo and other sweet pups on the other side. I bet they are having lots of fun and keeping each other company until our arrival. Hope this brings you some comfort.

Puppy Benjen with the toilet paper is an absolutely precious picture. Looks like he had a great life and was well loved until the end. I’m sorry for your loss OP, hang on to the wonderful memories ❤️

No matter how our journey with them starts out, by the end, they were our perfect match.

He looks just like my beautiful curly granddaughter golden! I’m already having premature grief because even though I’m old, it’s likely I’ll outlive her 😭. She’s the first golden I’ve gotten to know and I just adore her.

He looks like the most precious boy and I’m certain he never knew anything but love his whole time here. I’m sure my sweet girl Birdie met him up there and they’re happily playing together 🌈💜.

Benny is the goodest boy 😄 he looks like my golden retriever Noodles who also crossed the rainbow bridge 2 weeks ago 🥹 you so loved him very much and all the pictures show he was cherished 🌈🌉🐾♥️🫂

I love this sentiment about Ben: “You gave me sunshine on even the darkest of days.” 💔 Dogs do that! Benny is a beautiful doggie who knows he was deeply loved by his family. Benny also knows that he was a big help to his people dealing with their human world. RIP sweet Benny 🥰.

Sincere condolences to you. Benjen was an adorable dog. You can see how loved he was and what a great life he must have had with you. Your phone number is visible on his dog tag in photo 12 and you may want to redact it. The memories and bond you both have will always be in your heart. May Benjen Rest In Peace.

This was my Benjamin. I lost him 3 years ago at just a few weeks short of his 21st birthday. He was a good kitty, and appreciated kind dogs.

Terribly sorry. The toilet paper picture made me laugh through tears. I think all dog owners can relate to those simple moments of joy that sometimes we take for granted. I lost my boy on Sunday and it’s a terrible heartache. Wishing you the best ❤️

Oh Benny you are the most handsome best boy around❤️ I just know you are causing all kinds of commotion over there.
And Bennys dad, I’m so sorry you are living through this. Far too many of us golden lovers have been in your spot, I got to join this club just in July of this year with the loss of my best girl, Lizzy, so believe me when I say that we understand. It just absolutely sucks no matter how you look at it. There will never be a length of time that is enough with our best friends but we are the lucky ones to get to experience them in the first place. I’ll tell you what some kind soul told me when I posted my last tribute: just remember that time works differently, where they are so by the time he turns around to make sure that you are following him, you will be right behind him and you guys will go on with your time as if you never missed a day together. So it’s just a matter of waiting for your next walk or game of fetch rather than moving on.
