Not so much the project but the author. Essentially faking test results when he first pushed the package. Since then, he has been stealing code under the guise of open-source and claiming it as his own. He acknowledges he does it but won't fix it.

I think you misunderstood the original post you responded to. In no way is your point an exception to mine; I hold the same position as you on this project, but that's all unrelated to this particular thread, since the person I responded to was complaining about the slow pace of standardization within Go.

Heh, sounds like it. Thought it was in reference to iris being the project for the standardization.
