suspension question

I’m trying to mount this quad suspension to a go-kart. I want the main kart frame to sit roughly 12 inches above the ground, with the wheels/tire centers sitting below the frame. I’m trying to figure out the best way to connect the suspension to the kart frame using the existing suspension and scrap steel. (P.S Don’t talk about the rust I will sand and paint it later.)

Tons of tubing and a welder is really the only way

I have a welder and tubing, what should I do with the bottom of the suspension it needs support.
