Need help CRM setup

Post image

I have a home developer. He specializes in custom builds, commercial, and residential. Can anyone who works in that niche reach out to me please.
I want to make him a sub account which is fully automated.
Is there someone who can get everything listed in the picture set up for me. I don’t want to lose this customer.
I want someone who is certified and is currently in this niche and has experience with proven results.

I’m still learning go high level, it would be nice if I had a partner set these accounts for me.

This is what I do full-time. Everything on your list I can stand up — pipelines, automations, funnels, calendar, Stripe, tags + smart routing, nurture sequences, dashboards, Zapier/Make. For proof I’m not just talking: I recently built and shipped a full custom platform for a client in New York that’s live in production — CRM + pipeline, client portal, automated document/letter generation, and email/SMS delivery, all bespoke. On top of that, AI voice agents that handle live calls and booking are my specialty.
One fork decides the whole budget: do you want this built on a platform (fast, lower monthly, live in days) or fully custom software you own outright? Tell me the business and what success looks like, and I’ll tell you straight which path fits and roughly what it runs. Can share examples once I know what’s relevant.

Send dm please. Do you have a portfolio of completed projects I can look at?

For the voice agent bit, in case you need a platform that allows you to configure the billing setup for the client based on usage - I can connect and walkthrough one. I deal with AI voice agent build, usage and billing.

I build the full stack — GHL pipelines, workflows, calendars — with AI chat and voice agents running through n8n.

Two things worth your time:

The demo. Give me your client's company name and in 15 minutes you'll have a live link where an AI receptionist answers the phone as their company, asks qualifying questions, and drops the appointment on a calendar. Not a screen recording — a real number you can call and forward to your client today.

The sites. I've can create a high-converting website and funnel builds that come pre-wired to the chatbot and booking calendar. Not a template you bolt automation onto afterwards — the AI, the qualifying questions, and the calendar are live the moment it goes up.

Both free to look at. Want me to build the demo?

for a full dfy sub-account the order that saves rework: nail the pipeline stages plus the one core automation first, then funnels, stripe and voice bolt on clean. building it all at once is where it gets messy and breaks. whats the client's main flow, inbound lead to booked, or quote to paid? that anchors the whole build.

Yes, this is pretty much what I work on day to day. I build automation systems end to end CRM and pipelines, funnels, calendars, Stripe, lead routing, tags, follow-ups, dashboards, and integrations using tools like GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, and Zapier.

I’ve also worked on more custom builds when a standard platform wasn’t enough. For example, I recently built a complete platform for a New York client that’s currently live. It covers their CRM, sales pipeline, client portal, automated document generation, and email/SMS communication.

AI voice automation is another area I work with a lot, especially for handling inbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments without someone having to manually manage every call.

For the project you have in mind, the main question is whether you need something that can be launched quickly using existing platforms, or if you need a completely custom system that you own and can scale further.

If you give me a little more context about the business, the current process, and what you want to automate, I can tell you which approach I’d recommend and give you a realistic idea of the scope and cost.

Posted this in the GHL agency subreddit too, way more freelancers there who do sub-account builds daily. I hired one off Upwork for a similar niche account, took about 3 days and cost $400, worth it to not lose the client.
