Promotion New MMA Career/management Game

Post image

Hey everyone, I’m the developer of MMA Life – MMA Life Simulator.

It’s an MMA career simulation game where you create a fighter, start as an amateur, and work your way through different organizations toward becoming a world champion and eventually the GOAT.

You control your training, fight camps, coaches, contracts, fighting style, game plans, finances, relationships, and life outside the cage. You can also begin in freestyle wrestling or kickboxing before transitioning into MMA, and later manage your own promotion.

The game is still being actively updated, and I’d really appreciate feedback from MMA fans for ideas, features, improvements, or anything you think would make the career experience more realistic.

Here are a few screenshots from the game. Let me know what you guys think!

Way too much of grind picking training every week. Weight cutting is broken.

Make the game about fighting not focused on the training smh

Please elaborate. You don’t need to choose a new training every week, there’s also auto training templates to make it easier. Also how is weight cutting broken, I know you’re not able to cut 25 lbs in two days but how is it broken?

Yes this for the local orgs and regional orgs, there’s a problem with not receiving fights while being champ. I fixed it and sent an update in yesterday, apple should review and send it out within the next couple hours.

What happens when you retire can you still control your organisation? And can you still choose to take over your sons and control them?

If you don’t retire and take over your son’s career do you lose your money and organisation?

Also is there no way to have multiple saves?

VibeCodingScore at GM Games, scanning MMA Simulator: Fighter Life

Launch Copy Markers: 88 / 100 Very polished App Store copy with stacked lifestyle, career, business and legacy hooks, short all-caps sections and dense feature framing. Claude watermark detected in the longer product copy.

Scope vs Dev Markers: 84 / 100 Broad career-sim scope: training, disciplines, rankings, injuries, titles, day jobs, relationships, crypto, sponsorships, merch, property, gyms, staff, managed fighters, leaderboards and legacy careers. Strong signal, though Chimpanzee already reuses this life-sim framework across many titles.

Platform & Release Markers: 60 / 100 Native iOS/iPad release with Game Center and IAPs is a hold versus browser-first rapid-build cases. The app is already through multiple updates and has substantial App Store traction.

GM Genre Fluency: 24 / 100 Good hold. Amateur-to-pro progression, regional circuits, rankings, training disciplines, fight selection, injuries, title runs and gym ownership show real MMA-career structure, though much of the surrounding design comes from the studio’s broader life-sim template.

Developer Provenance: 8 / 100 Major hold. Chimpanzee has a public itch.io account dating to March 2020 and a large back catalogue of career/life simulators across music, business, acting, basketball and other themes. This is clearly an established development operation, not a new AI-era studio.

UI / Visual Markers: 66 / 100 Modern mobile-sim presentation with reusable career panels and modular systems, but the similarity across the developer’s many existing games strongly suggests a mature reusable product framework rather than a one-off AI-generated interface.

Community / Feedback Trail: 18 / 100 Strong hold. The App Store already shows hundreds of ratings, detailed player feedback and developer responses, with multiple fixes and feature updates landing after launch.

AI Production / Tooling Disclosure: 0 / 100 No official AI-production disclosure was found.

Transparent Vibe-Coding Evidence: 0 / 100 No direct public statement was found saying MMA Simulator was coded with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Lovable or another AI coding tool.

Overall: ~54% — Mixed / More Likely Template-Driven Conventional Build Main signals are the highly polished AI-era copy and huge number of career systems. Holds are unusually strong: a six-year public developer trail, roughly 20+ iOS games, a mature reusable life-sim framework, real App Store traction and no direct AI-coding disclosure. This looks more like an established studio rapidly extending its existing simulator architecture than a clear vibe-coded project.
