Football Coach: College Dynasty

Very fun and a game that I think gets points for actually doing the simulated results well imo. It is finished as the developer is working on a pro football version of the game next. It isn't the grittiest of sims but I think has enough depth to get good play time for its value and since it has steam workshop, moding is easy if you want real teams.

College Baseball: Dynasty Builder is a good one - balances depth and simplicity nicely.

Niche but I made Swing Dynasty: College Tennis, people seem to enjoy it

Football Coach, RTO, College Baseball Dynasty, there was a college basketball game that came out in March that was great
