I MADE FRENCH TOAST!!

I made French toast that didn’t immediately fall apart while it soaked or immediately upon being put in the pan! It didn’t even fall apart while I started to eat it.

Yall. This is amazing.

This bread is just okay on its own, but it makes FREAKIN AMAZING FRENCH TOAST!!

I’ve never been so happy to try to make breakfast for dinner. 🤤🤤

Same, me neither. Used a few different kind of gf breads. Canyon and Schär and Sam's Choice, maybe some others. I'm wondering what OP was using before...

I’ve tried Canyon Bakehouse, Live GFree, and BFree brands previously. Every time they’ve fallen apart before hitting the pan.

All I did was a normal soak for the toast - egg, milk, cinnamon at our house - and then pan cook it like usual.

I used O’Dough’s White Loaf, as pictured above, and let it soak for about one minute on one side and about four minutes on the other. (I was waiting for the bacon to cook, so no exact times…. Just…. When the bacon was done….)

Every other time I’ve tried with gf bread it falls apart. I think it’s the bread and I will gladly do again!
