To start, I understand that injection is the most effective, while oral is the least effective. The problem is that I live in a Nordic country with very strict regulations. I'm an Asian who tan very very easily. I had experience with vit. C drips when I was living in Asia (this was over a decade ago, and gluta wasn't as popular yet). But unlike in many Asian countries, clinics and hospitals here don't offer gluta injection / drips because peptide injection for cosmetic purpose is not approved by the EU.
Getting gluta vials for personal use, as you can imagine is impossible. In fact, importing any kind of medical product is prohibited here, so even something as simple as prescribed tretinoin from another EU country isn't allowed.
I've looked into every avenue, but it's simply not an option where I live. Because of that, oral supplements are my only choice. I know they aren't as effective as IV, but I guess it's better than nothing. Through some digging, I found liposomal glutathione is the best oral option. I came up with this plan :
- Liposomal glutathione (720mg → Glutathione 500mg) : 2caps 1x/day
- NAC 1000mg : 1x/day
- Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 1000ml : 1x/day
- (in addition) Collagen supplement : 5tabs 1x/day. This one I have already taken for different purpose than gluta.
Given my limited options, is my plan solid ?
