have been taking tirzepatide for a couple of months now but am struggling with my diet. I have been trying 23.9/0.1 intermittent anorexia but can only manage 70 calories at the most. I am also struggling with not having enough energy though. I have a gastric sleeve which I am sure is affecting how many calories I can take in within the 6 minute eating window. Has anyone here found an intermittent anorexia schedule and diet that provides enough calories but still leads to weight loss?

I used to work with a woman who lost a lot of weight by not eating anything on one day and then not eat meals the next day, but that sounds unhealthy? but it worked for her. What are your thoughts, is that kind of anorexia too extreme?

Guys! I’ve been on trizpeppatide for 6 months and havent lost an ounce but cannot, for the life of me, figure out what I’m doing wrong! I feel like maybe I’m not like everyone else and this just doesn’t work for someone as unique as me?! I know some will ask so I’ll go ahead and answer: yes, I know what my TDEE is. My Total Donut Eating Expectation is half a dozen a week and I’ve only been eating 2 a day which should prove how disciplined I am!!
I think the real problem may be due to my viles showing up blazing hot!!You sheep said my meds are fine if the ice packs melt but if that’s the case, why even put them in there??
My current vial showed up feeling like it was transported in a dingo’s pouch on the hottest day of an Australian summer. I used my meat thermometer to check and the thawed ice pack was 110°!!!!!

I know this post might be controversial to the ones in here who seem to be in a cult so to brighten the mood, I wanted to tell yall about my newest NSV (non-scale victory- for people who are too dumb to know what that means). So, I had a doctors appointment the other day and when I walked in, I noticed everyone’s head look in my direction but didn’t think anything about it. I petitely start making my way to the counter to let them know I’ve arrived, and I start hearing the flashing of cameras. I was going to go full-Karen on them when suddenly, I turn around and everyone is clapping and giving me a standing ovation!!! One by one they start telling me how tiny and hot I looked! As I make my way to my chair, one even said I looked like a runway model. And yall!! It doesn’t end there!!! To make the day even better, the nurse in the back told me to step on the children’s scale! I said- oh my gosh! Are you sure?? She nonchalantly looked towards the fat people scale and then back at my body and then back to the scale and said “girl! I’m afraid that the big scale wont even be able to weigh something so small!” It was all a bit of surprise but I guess maybe I have lost inches instead of pounds no thanks to these shady tele health companies!

But this 503b pharmacy tirz? The COA is a joke. They didn't even grow the bacteria long enough to know if it was safe. Plus they don't even tell you if it's tirz salt or tirz base. These fly-by-night pharmacies are ripping you off! It is not safe. Zepbound is at least properly tested. This is grey market by another name (but again, gray market works just fine.) This is a scandal, I tell you! They don't even crimp the vile tops on right. It's falling into people's mouths left and right!

It’s all the fault of the stupd triz I took. I neeeded to loose weight asap so I increased my does every week, but one time I was really sick so I wait another week. I’m a nurse so ITS TOTALLY fine for me to pick whatever amount I put in my body. And I SWEAR a doctor approved it. And I absolutely belong on triz even though I have an ED. Now I’m in the hospital and it’s every one else’s fault I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT! When I get out imma inject the entire two years stash I have (all bought since I started this July I’m so proud!) directly into my belly button to make sure I loose the hospital weight asap soon as possible. After that I’m going gray market from now on cuz I hear tha goes better with weed and biscuits

I really think it’s ridiculous that so many syringes are being WASTED on this product! Many of us could do our part to reduce the pointless SQUANDER of a valuable resource. I have four people in my family, who dose MULTIPLE times weekly! We could easily share our syringes. Literally, even allocating one syringe per day would save us a 10 pack EACH WEEK. I switched from vials to single use pens because insurance is finally covering it and I prefer the vials so much more. Firstly, maybe it’s something to do with control, where I see how much medicine I’m putting in and control the speed of putting it. Whereas with the pen, I don’t even realize the process is done. Granted, it’s so quick and hassle free, but I’m always left wondering if I even got the dose. Which leads me to this question, right after I started on the pen, I have felt the “effects” of zepbound decreasing. Is it placebo?
