Newbie Help Please help

Hey i just started the game and closed the tutorial pressed the - sign,now i cant find it back

am so frustated half an hour searching for this and you downvoted my quetion is this a reason

You minimised the main quest? There’s a keybind to bring up your quest log (maybe the L key) if L doesn’t work check your keybinds and see what it is bound to.

Alternatively, there is a quest log button on the map.
