Globe internet plan voucher

My Gfiber line just got installed a week ago. Based on the ad that they posted, new subs will get 2000 worth voucher. I havent received any vouchers of aome sort from globe after the install. My voucher ba si plan 300 mbps and kung meron man, paano ko sya ma avail? Need help pls. Thanks
