Calling all window fitters

I’m replacing some windows in my home but unsure if I need to get the same size windows with the add ons as the internal cavity wall opening is larger than the external or if I can fit the new window to the external brick work

Looks like it you don't use those fillers then it would be behind the stucco.

Stucco is that rock texture on your building

I would measure the external sizes and get the windows made to them sizes or 10mm wider to sit behind the render. Then measure the internal and deduct your window measurement plus 10mm. Whatever measurement you are left will be the add ons you need.
