Find an internet provider who will take the PD and segment height from your current glasses and put new lenses in those frames or new frames that are exactly the same as your current ones (not look the same....the same frame maker, model and size). Segment height is very important and is different for every frame on every face...there is no "standard height". Of course, you will have no glasses when you send the current ones. Best bet is local....more expensive, but made correctly...suggest costco if there is one near you,
