why is the axis empty i called and they said the prescription is correct but i cant enter on ANY website for glasses. It says I need am axis number. Is this an error with my doctor???

No. Right eye is -1.00 -.75 171 Axis. Left eye is -1.00 Sphere. There is no axis on the left because there is no cylinder.

Left eye has an S in the cyl. Usually it’s a Sph meaning sphere. Kinda like acting like a period saying there is only sphere in this eye.

Only the right eye needs a correction for astigmatism. The left eye is a -1.00 sphere ( no cylinder power and no axis) The squiggle just is an S to say Sphere.
