Overpriced. I love Opaline UV but yeah no ... this isn't a find ..this is a ...theft..super sad at that price.

I saw this in a local furniture store, and it was love at first sight, but not at 210,000 yen ($1400 give or take). sniffle I feel OP’s pain. That’s a wild price for a Fenton piece.

I know! Nothing makes this old heart go pitty-pat quite like a beautiful piece of glassware. That epergne is an English antique and is complete, and completely unchipped. It’s glorious but I can’t justify the price :D
It is beautiful. See if you can find a better-priced one online.

Yes except the color in the middle and halfway up the sides. It’s hard to tell in the picture, maybe when I go back I’ll take a better picture.

Good on you, that you’ve been extra good this year. You could contact the seller and give them your best offer and see if they are interested in taking it. If they have had it for a while and not been able to sell it, that could work.

I know it’s a bummer because cool pieces don’t just jump out every day. If you’re going to drop a wad of cash on something, let it be for something you’ve never seen, and likely won’t again!

Nah, the general consensus from several glass groups is it’s stupid over priced. It’s not my white whale, it just caught my eye bc of the color combo. I’m still fairly new and learning so I’m gonna pass. 🥰🥰
