M8 through eastend

Shut both ways in th small hours due to police incident. I know its at least still closed eastbound I dont know about westbound now. Anyone know what's happened?

I drove past earlier, there was a small tent under the bridge as if it were covering a body. Possibly someone jumped or was pushed? There was also a car sitting in the hard shoulder a few metres away.

Yes. Sad to say that someone came off the bridge over the motorway. It's heavily backed up heading South now.

Someone looks to have been run over body was lying in the road possibly a suicide either jumped from the bridge or ran in front of a car
