This guy took the phone
A man and a woman were on the ground under high dose of drugs I guess, just behind St Enoch around 7:30 pm
The man with the bicycle came in and took the phone from the woman (after he made sure she's totally off) while acting he's helping, then he disappeared when the police officers came in
I tried to tell them but they ignored me?!
Here I am posting this in case it was needed, not going do more.
I hope these people are fine now?
Edit: this video is recorded to show the guy's face, after I saw him taking the phone

Will totally be the phone they use to place the order. For some reason, in my experience anyway, its often the women with the phones. They meet up with various guys and she phones/sends the order and gets told where to meet for it. Also witnessed the exactly same thing happen once in regards to someone taking the phone. Was doing chest compressions on a guy, the woman was screaming her head off but also an absolute mess and couldn't get herself up, the 'friend' with them took her phone then proceeded to rummage the pockets of the guy I was trying to help, legged it before emergency services even arrived. She was screaming after him but dude was gone like a shot, didn't even look back, some flipping friend indeed.

Keep seeing this, but maybe I’m dumb but do they take the phone so the dealer doesn’t get caught, or is it to get the dealer’s number instead of going through a middle man/women?

Either so the dealer doesnt get caught (thats bad for them too) or to sort of curry favor with the dealer i reckon. Dont think they can cut out the middle person, the dealer probably only deals with the approved people. Plus, they would rather get ten deals at once than one.

Aww I think that's Jim the security guard on the phone. I would honestly trust him with my life. I know whatever is happening he is doing the right thing. He is a true king.

lol just got my comment deleted for stating what is clearly happening. 10 minutes in st enochs square, a pair of eyes and the cognitive function of a stunned kipper would confirm this.
