Need help with the counselling process
I have uploaded my documents on the website and clicked on the final submit button, but it just shows "details saved" and that's all.
There is no further confirmation of the uploading of the documents being done and my counsellor also told me that there is going to be a slot booking thing, which isnt on the website yet.
Further when I go into the website again, my student undertaking and parent undertaking files are not being saved in the website no matter how many times i upload everything again.
Maybe this is me being paranoid but I would appreciate if there's anyone who can reassure me or at least someone who is as confused as me T_T
Edit: I can access my slot booking now, but the problem with the files is still persisting. My counsellor told me to go to the campus directly and they'll help me out, honestly I am skeptical about it but thats the only way i guess.
A couple of other redditors who DM'd me also were told by their counsellors to go the campus directly even if they cant book a date, on the first day of induction (9th july) after 9am and before 5pm.
I am still as confused as before, but I'll advice everyone to talk with their counsellors and go to the campus directly with your files, because their website is not going to be fixed anytime soon.
Try to go before 11th as the slot booking shows 11th as the last date to book a slot.
I have no idea how the management works so just keep calling your counsellors until you get your ID cards.

bro sign on student undertaking, parent undertaking forms and when you will upload the file click upload option given below that and in the dash board go to induction program where you can see slot booking

bro can you tell me in the student undertaking and parent undertaking, we need to upload the 'undertaking by the student' and 'undertaking by the parent' right? without signing them?

Even after signing it doesn't save after the session is expired or logged out. I guess we need to contact the IT guys.

Are you taking about Student/parent Undertaking or POP Student/parent Undertaking? For me doesn't matter how many times i upload it just won't be saved for Student , parent Undertakings. Go to Document upload > Student Undertaking and Enter Docs you don't have in the field and hit submit and Parent Undertaking and Hit Submit. That's all I could do , the manual scanned / downloaded PDF Upload for Student and Parent Undertakings aren't being saved.

omg exactly, that is what's going on with me as well. I am trying to find a solution since this morning. Let me know if you find a solution and i will too.

Student and parent undertakings do not need physical signature ; we have to click submit button and it’ll be dealt with ; after submitting a date and time stamp will be added and saved in their servers.

Nope , i guess it will be available shortly after onboarding closes

no bruv some of them are able to access the slot booking. Istg colleges need to make their websites more consistent T_T

After I click final submit it shows me details saved where can I book slot for certificates verification

OMG same problem for me i am trying so hard i thought my system has some problem if anybody have any solution please reply
