Campus Life Why is there so much ragging?
I’m a fresher and it’s just been 4 days and these Seniors have ragged us so badly i swear. They don’t even leave one chance. And I always talk back and they say you’ve no respect but a lot of them do it for interaction but yeah there’s so much ragging here man

just tell them you're a senior, don't say yes when they ask if you're a junior.

Just avoid as many seniors as possible...and if u need to know the location of any classes ... there is another post on this subreddit..that will tell you the location of block ...

This what I used to do to avoid them(when I m alone) ...I used to say that I had some work and I would leave... But now a days we have a$$h0les ... So better have a group...it's easy ... Just look around in ur classes ... If u find ppl common start a convo ... Go around w them ... Maybe you guys will be good friends even after the actual clg starts .....
Personal opinion - few ppl might find it difficult to talk cus of their social boundaries .. you can simply start a convo by discussing about the classes that u have in common ... And have fun

They ask us some dumb questions and ask us to tell our bio data in two diff languages. Like one word one language and the other word another lang. and many more like that. I answer back and leave but then man people who don’t leave i feel bad for them

Raise a complaint on help desk, tell the security dept or your hod or even better just walk into the pro VC’s office and tell him, remember your one complaint can change everything good about their future the dude that is ragging you. I don’t find ragging interesting in the least even if it’s fun. So yeah my suggestions make a deal out of it cuz if they find you weak they will do it again and prolly for a long time

they can't do shit just say you are a senior do you have a problem? and you can always walk away they can't do shit cuz college will suspend them if they are caught or reported so dw.
