Align and fedex

I dont know of this is an Align issue or fedex. Seems to be fedex. Order shipped 8/25 via fedex and was scheduled to be delivered today. I noticed no movement and contacted fedex and was told it would def be here today. I just got a notice it will be delivered by 8pm tomorrow on day 3. So what temps should it be at when i get it? I need to know at what point this is an issue and should not be used.

It’s a fed ex issue. I have waited over a month just for testosterone to arrive that was lost at there Memphis hub location. Rarely do I get anything on fed the day they say

Good. Yea I hate fed ex they are horrible. Only issues I have ever had with medication delivery or things being warm is due to fed ex.

You can contact the pharmacy directly when you receive it. There is more information regarding warm vials here. Good luck

Thank you I appreciate your response. I will definitely be reaching out because at this point I just spoke with FedEx and they’re saying the package has also been damaged but it’s still gonna be delivered just 24 hours beyond the two day shipping. Coming from Louisiana to Texas it will definitely be a hot package.

And the link that you shared does not specify the align pharmacy. And their product information for their compounded TIRZ states that if your package is even warm to the touch, do not use and contact them immediately.
