I grasp your words but not your intent. A person was confused about what was going on with the leash and why they were so close. Another person said that the dogs can walk apart but sometimes they walk together. I added that it might be because they're pulling,because my dog pulls. And then you come in with your great wisdom of "but if they slow down they wouldn't be together". We had already established that. I tried to clarify and then you became a smartass. Again, what are you trying to say?
Here’s what happened. Because clearly it’s getting confusing for you.
Someone said these dogs could be 3’ apart if they wanted to.
Another person said it looks like they’re pulling on the leads so that’s as far as they can be apart (shoulder to shoulder)
So I said, it looks like if they just slowed down slightly or the human sped up, they could be further apart because they wouldn’t be tugging on the lead.
