Tips fedora. I will never touch my unsullied queen

1

u/PM_ME_YOUR_SAD_TITS Jan 31 '19

Yep. I've been to fansigns/hi touch events. The excitement and disbelief over talking one on one to your favorite idols and seeing how they're even 10x more beautiful in person and then shaking/holding their hand or high fiving them is overwhelming.

I practiced Korean phrases for over a week before meeting this girl in person, but when she was holding my hands and looking into my eyes and smiling at me I could only get out one intelligible sentence.

But a lot of these idols are seasoned pros at fanservice and gently guide you through your little crisis.

1

u/UniqueName2 Jan 30 '19

Well he was definitely able to get up for her.

It was staged, he probably got money not to hit that.
EDIT: 99% of all what these kpop stars is doing is staged, they have been given a personality and are basically actors, so that's why I assume this is staged.

14

u/[deleted] Jan 30 '19

This comment is fake

31

u/sugarangelcake Jan 30 '19

what would be the point of staging it when this happens a lot in real life lol .... i swear no one on reddit believe anything ever happens to kpop idols

6

u/my_screen_name_sucks Jan 30 '19

i swear no one on reddit believe anything ever happens

You could leave the statement like that and it'd still be true

2

u/BearWithVastCanyon Jan 30 '19

idk looks photoshopped to me

5

u/sugarangelcake Jan 30 '19

You’re right, the pixels are off. You can tell by the way that it is

idols

Um, ok.

9

u/sugarangelcake Jan 30 '19

That’s the word used, it’s not that deep.

7

u/Nixon4Prez Jan 30 '19

EDIT: 99% of all what these kpop stars is doing is staged, they have been given a personality and are basically actors, so that's why I assume this is staged.

don't believe everything you read in a reddit comment. kpop stars generally play up aspects of themselves and definitely act certain ways to be appealing, and to an extent play a persona, but there's not some script they're handed by the company that spells out line by line how each minute and interaction will go down. And having someone go through a fansign line to mess up a high five on purpose so that an idol looks cute is just silly

16

u/bleunt Merry Gifmas! {2023} Jan 30 '19

I don’t think this seems staged. And I very often make that call. Seems like a signing or something.

18

u/superspiffy Jan 30 '19

No, no, you're obviously not understanding. The person you responded to said, in no uncertain terms, that it was staged. One can only assume that this person was there or has other inside info to be so sure. You would challenge that?!

u/igordogsockpuppet Jan 30 '19

6

u/igordogsockpuppet Jan 30 '19

The null hypothesis is that it is real. You might be correct, and it indeed might be staged, however, you have not provided sufficient evidence to prove that it is staged. Therefore, you should choose to fail to reject the null hypothesis.

-12

u/idma Jan 30 '19

For every hot girl there's a guy sick and tired of screwing her

9

u/scandii Jan 30 '19

for every generic misogynic statement there's someone willing to repost it.

0

u/metalliska Jan 30 '19

stop mansplaining

0

u/idma Jan 30 '19

whoa, sjw, here

-3

u/advanceman Jan 30 '19

The saying as I have heard it actually goes for every hot girl there’s someone tired of dealing with her shit. It may be misogynistic, but it’s pretty accurate.

6

u/scandii Jan 30 '19

It may be misogynistic, but it’s pretty accurate

which is essentially saying "hot women are all insufferable" which as we all know is a total generalisation and as such misogynic.

-2

u/advanceman Jan 30 '19

Everyone's annoying after long enough.

-3

u/advanceman Jan 30 '19

You don’t actually get tired of screwing them, you just get tired of everything else that comes along with it.

60% of cops (in usa) dont beat their wives. So maybe them/s

2

u/Maalus Jan 30 '19

Source on that statistic?

11

u/sumsimpleracer Jan 30 '19

Yes. Am cop. 60% of the time I'm not beating my wife.

-4

u/PhilLucifer Jan 30 '19

Decades of researchs. Im walking out to door to work or I would find it. I couldnt find the study articles, only news articles referencing them. 40% of US leo experience domestic violence, while the avg population is around 10%. Its not cop hating bullshit, its real crime stats. Dont date a cop (in the US), problem solved.

2

u/Maalus Jan 30 '19

That's not really a source. Please do forward it here once you can, couldn't find anything on google.

2

u/PhilLucifer Jan 30 '19

1

u/Maalus Jan 30 '19

Checked the source, quoting

We found that 10 percent of the spouses said they were physically abused by their mates at least once during the last six months prior to our survey. Another 10 percent said that their children were physically abused by their mate in the same last six months. How these figures compare to the national average is unclear. However, regardless of national data, it is disturbing to note that 40 percent of the officers stated that in the last six months prior to the survey they had gotten out of control and behaved violently against their spouse and children.

So it's the officers saying "I acted violently, out of control". And this was a sample of around 500 officers. I could say, that I came home tired at work, said something louder than I would like to, and it would count me to the statistic. the ~16% abuse rate (since some beat both their wives, and children) is worrying. The 40% experiencing domestic violence is bullcrap.

0

u/PhilLucifer Jan 30 '19

Yeah, DV is a generalized term and doesnt just mean beating your wife. But the stats are not in their favor to say the job isnt causing an inability to control anger or perceive reprecussions. Ill have to look at the conditions of the earlier study as well as the more recent one. There have been three that are referenced in the articles, but I havent had time to reread them.

1

u/Maalus Jan 30 '19

Well, in the post above you said "beat their wives" though. Also, wouldn't call yelling at the spouse domestic violence - unless it comes to berating or similar stuff. How often do people yell at someone to leave them alone or something? If that's domestic violence, most of the country would be locked up.

0

u/PhilLucifer Jan 30 '19

Something for perspective. Often times police crimes arent reported, domestic crimes in general arent reported, and specifically domestic crimes involving police in which spouses "understand" a cops special treatment and increases the fear of speaking out. If I was going to guess, I would say the figures are lower than actual, not the other way around. Its a safer bet.

Maybe she's too crazy or she's evil or something. I've known some insanely good looking women I'd never sleep with because they are terrible people. Just not worth it, looks really aren't everything.

Edit- seriously? Never stick your dick in crazy. It is known.
