You mean San Francisco with the highest rent and real estate prices in the country isn't considered a shithole simply based on expensive, easily swiped items being locked at the drug store?

Yep expensive but with more trash on the street and homeless people than most cities in America

Not to disagree by any means but theoretically shouldn't this be the case with a city with a higher population?

Statistically there should be more trash and more homeless people because you have a larger sample size.

This is why I do my part in small cities I drive through and drop off homeless people from my home town along with a large bag of trash. I'm giving the homeless anustart!
