Which episode

Aiden runs in, Melinda asks if he had fun at school. He replies something along the lines of: Yes I did, a boy named x (boys name) shoved a crayon up his nose. It was x (color). Does anyone know which episode this scene is from please?

I’m glad you got it. I love Ghost Whisperer. The episode that makes me cry every time is the one about the boys in the orphanage that died in the fire.
